We took part in the Intelligent
Information SW Academy project on
June 8, a collaborative effort by the Data
Industry Association, Korea Economic
Daily, and Korea University.
Korea University runs the ‘Intelligent
Information SW Academy’, aimed at
enhancing students’ practical job skills
by awarding certifications after the
completion of four program stages.
The ‘Intelligent Information SW
Academy’ offered hands-on learning of
real-world job tasks in businesses and
structured the curriculum as sequential
job preparation.

On June 21, a seminar titled ‘Our
Response Strategies in the Age of
Mega AI’ was held at the Riviera Hotel
in Cheongdam-dong, along with the
‘Korea University SW Intelligence and
Information Academy Graduation
Ceremony’ and ‘Job Recruitment
Consultation’. During this occasion,
Mr. Jinhee Park, who heads the AI
Video Analysis Research Team within
the AI R&D Division, took on the role of
technical interviewer. He carried out
practical C-Lab technical and personality
interviews for prospective developers.

What made this program stand out was
that we promptly provided the chance
for initial interviews through an in-person
assessment to evaluate XIIlab’s abilities
and fundamental job skills. This was
done by requesting them to explain
their project experience, difficulties
faced, problem-solving approaches,
alternative solutions if given more time,
and their level of interest in joining us.

We plan to gradually expand our
promotional and recruitment activities,
including participation in employment
linkage programs that talented university
students are participating in, such as
the Korea University SW Intelligence and
Information Academy and AI Expo
recruitment linkage, and corporate
promotion through sponsorship, such as
supporting WE-CUS (E-Sports).
