thoroughly assessing their ability
to create jobs, how they treat their

employment, their gender equality
measures, welfare programs, work-life
balance policies, and their excellence
in growth.

Companies that are selected as
a Seoul Hidden Champions will receive
benefits such as labor support for young
interns to replace parental leave until
2025, a workplace improvement subsidy
of up to KRW 45 million when hiring
young Seoul residents as full-time
employees, and training and consulting
to promote a childcare-friendly and
work/life balance organizational culture.
