  • We want the features customized for our site.

    Yes. Analysis scenarios and AI models can be customized to match each site's management criteria, such as safety, hygiene, and work rules.

  • How do we get after-sales and technical support once we purchase XAIVA?

    Hardware comes with six months and software with one year of complimentary after-sales service. After that period, continued technical support is available through paid after-sales service.

  • We would like to purchase XAIVA right away.

    Yes. Both XAIVA and XAIVA ON-DEVICE are available for purchase. Standard configurations can be purchased directly; if you need site-specific features or a custom build, we finalize the configuration through a separate consultation.

  • Can industries other than broadcasters use VidiGo?

    Yes. VidiGo can be used wherever video search is needed. Beyond broadcasting and news media, it applies to entertainment, military, law enforcement and intelligence agencies, retail, security, and any field that needs to search and analyze video archives.

    VidiGo greatly reduces the time it takes to locate a scene in a large video archive. AI-based video search can cut source-clip searching time by roughly 50–75%, though actual results vary with archive size and operating environment.

  • Can we use the 3D data we already have?

    Yes. Existing 3D data or site data can be used to build the virtual environment. Which data can be used and how it is built depend on the form of your data and the purpose; where needed, we can construct a 3D virtual environment closely resembling the real site for simulation and AI training.
